Incorporated in 1990,the company is China's first Sino-foreign joint venture specializing in manufacturing of autobody ,which is located in Xiamen of Fujian, a southeastern coastal city of China renowned as Garden on the sea, where air, land and sea transportation have all been substantially developed.
    Based on the Company's policy-Quality First, Customer Foremost, Better for Best, the company has introduced in foreign autobody manufacturing technologies and equipment (full sets of punch-pressing dies, welding-installation fixtures and checking fixtures) .With remarkable advantages in manufacturing technique, technology capacity and international practice-compliant management, it comes out with autobody assemblies for new Toyota Hiace series high/medium/flat roof vans(15 seats and 12 seats) as well as stamping parts. In 1997,the Company obtained Germany TUV and China's CQM ISO9002 Quality System Certifications. Presently the Company has built up reputations and popularities both locally (Cross-Taiwan Straits region) and internationally, exporting its autobody parts to Southeast Asian countries and receiving service orders for processing punch-pressed autobody parts from foreign companies.
    Exploring and developing with unremitting efforts for more than a decade, the Company has grown strong. It is equipped with 3 large, medium and small punch-pressing production lines made up of 20 20 40T-2000T pressing machines,110 fixed spot welders&suspended welders,3 welding-installation production lines made up of 20 CO₂ gas shield welders, and maintenance&manufacturing workshops made up of 16 sets of metal-cutting equipment. The lines of autobody products cover a wide range of series and multiple varieties, and the annual autobody assemblies and parts produced exceed 30000 sets in number. The Company has now become a supplier for over a dozen famous domestic auto businesses.
